Love the skirt, it's really pretty and of good quality. I'm 160cm, 46kg, 64cm waist and I got a size S. It is a little bit loose around the waist if I wear a top made of thin material on top of it, so I think an XS would've been better for me. In terms of length it is just like how it looks on model.
