I am 5'4" 110 lb with a 68cm waist and this fit perfectly!  The material is a bit scratchy/uncomfortable but the set is so cute that I don't really mind (and you won't feel it if you're wearing something long-sleeved underneath anyway).  The top back of the skirt is ruched and has some elastic to give it some stretch.
