It's a good toner, not drying, I pat it on with my hands and it feels nourishing and normalizing, it doesn't leave a dramatic effect at first but I feel like it preps my skin in a way and makes it suck my moisturizing cream in it more. I have dry&acne prone skin, sometimes I skip moisturizer before bed and only use this toner, but in the morning my skin looks smooth, feels soft&moisturized! So it needs a bit of time to get its full effect on my skin. It doesn't feel greasy at all so I think this toner could fit most skin types.
The packaging is so pretty to look at, and you get plenty of product. I just need to try the matching pink pharmace cream as well now. :)
Also I must thank CHUU for their outstanding customer service, my package arrived in unusable condition, thanks to the shipping company, and when I contacted customer service they immediately sent me a new package! <3
