    Customs
    Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for.
    CHUU is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues.

    Shipping Duration
    Orders take 3-12 business days to process. Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer.
    Because of the nature of the Korean fashion market, some delays are inevitable and can delay your order by up to 20 business days.
    Please kindly understand that CHUU does NOT offer cancellations due to these delays. One thing to note is that these delays are true for ALL customers of our brands, Korean and foreign alike. We would like to assure our customers that we will do everything we can to deliver your order as fast as possible to wherever you are.
    In case of delays, please know that we are working to serve you best. We would like to warn our customers in advance that all footwear are likely to take longer due to their popularity and manufacturing process. Please keep this in mind and order well in advance from the date you need it, to ensure they arrive in time!
    Your tracking code will be sent to you via email once it is shipped. Shipment takes 3-12 business days, although certain regions may take longer.
    If your package does not arrive within 8 business days from shipment, please contact our customer service center.
    Failure to Deliver
    CHUU is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc.
    Additional shipping charges will result from such situations, which is not the same as our usual discounted shipping charge.
    When a shipment is sent back, there will be an email regarding the situation, and when proper action is not taken within 3 weeks, we reserve the right to dispose the shipment.
  • Refunds And Returns
    Please contact our Customer Service Team by email at support@ppbstudios.zendesk.com with your order number and the list of items you wish to return.
    Any return made without the agreement of our customer service team will be discarded and are not refundable.
    Unwanted Return
    Returning shipment of unwanted merchandise are sent at the customer's expense.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any cash-on-delivery packages of unwanted merchandise will not be accepted. NOTICE: Please note that you may not be able to return the products depending on how your area is affected by Covid-19 (lockdown, postal services unavailable etc.) Please take this into account before placing your order.
    The return shipping fees are not available for refund.
    CHUU offers full unwanted refunds for customers that have changed their mind, provided

    1. The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged
    2. Notified us within 5 business days of receiving your package
    3. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact
    4. Shoes must be tried on indoors and show no signs of wear
    5. Understand that accessories including masks, masks accessories, contact lenses, swimwear, hats, underwears, jewelry and eyewear cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons
    6. All contact lenses are final sales and cannot be returned. If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact CHUU customer service with pictures showing the issue so we can assist you.

    All refunds will be made in the form CHUU Store Credit sent via the registered email.
    SALE items(50% off and plus discounts) cannot be refunded and will not be eligible for an unwanted refund.
    Any cash-on-delivery packages of unwanted merchandise will not be accounted for.
    Refunds via CHUU Store-Credit will be finalized once we confirm the recipient and the requirements if met.

    Damaged Return
    Please contact our Customer Service Team before any action is made, along with pictures showing the defect/issue.

    1. The item is unworn and unwashed
    2. Different than what was ordered (item, color, texture, quality or overall look)
    3. Notified us within 5 business days of receiving your package
    4. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact

    All refunds will be made directly back to the corresponding credit card.
    CHUU reserves the right to refuse returns when the above conditions are not met.
    CHUU reserves the right to refuse products sent back without prior consultation.
    Disclaimer: For claims regarding colors, please note that the colors can vary depending on the lighting during the photoshooting or on the settings of your screen. Only obvious color differences will be accepted and will be left to the agent's appreciation.
    For claims regarding sizing, only differences of over 3 cm between the received clothes and the size chart will be accepted.
    Out Of Stock Refund
    When a product you ordered is sold out, we refund the amount to your credit card and notify you via your registered e-mail address.
    This means that your product is sold out from the market and is no longer available for shipping.

    Due to the fast-paced fashion industry in Korea, popular products quickly sell out.
    We try our best to most efficiently notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to prevent such cases,
    but because Chuu runs a zero-inventory system to offer better prices to our customers, these instances are sometimes inevitable.
    We sincerely apologize for such inconvenience :(

    If, after deducting the value of the sold-out product, your net purchase amount becomes less than the free shipping minimum requirement,
    you do not need to worry. In such cases, you will not be charged for additional shipping. In the case that more than 50% of the number of products in your order is sold out, you may choose to cancel the entire order.
    Should this be the case, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the last sold out notification email.
    We want to make sure you receive the items you ordered as soon as possible, so if we do not hear back from you, we will go ahead and process the rest of your order as planned.
    Please kindly understand after this time frame, the option to cancel the order will unfortunately be no longer valid.

    Price Adjustment Policy

    All price adjustment refunds will be made in the form of CHUU Store credit.

    To request a price adjustment, please email us with your order number at en@chuu.co.kr

    Price adjustment can be requested if all the following conditions are met:
    1. If a certain item (same color and size), you have purchased has reduced in price within 7 days after you ordered.
    2. If the order is not yet shipped
    3. We do not offer price adjustment for Black Friday sales and Flash sales

  • Cancellation can be made within 24 hours after payment
    To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service at support@ppbstudios.zendesk.com with your order number. Your order will be cancelled and refunded manually (refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your account).
    If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, please contact our customer service at support@ppbstudios.zendesk.com, we wil refund the ready items with store credits and the items in process to your original mean of payment.
    If your order is not shipped after 11 business days, you may request the cancellation of the pending items and we will ship the ready items to you.
    Partial Shipment Policy
    As you may already know, we need 3-12 business days to prepare an order. If all the items are not ready after 11 business days, we will ship the ready items on the 12th business day and ship the late items later, free of charge as soon as they get ready.
    If you wish for an early partial shipment, please contact us by email, please note that we may request for the additional shipping fee if your order is less than twice the free shipping requirement.
  • Period Of Use
    Savings earned from orders will be available 20 days after the delivery has been made
    It will be considered as "unavailable savings" for 20 days.
    Unavailable savings will be temporary in the case of refunds or order cancellations
    Available savings (total savings - used savings - unavailable savings) can be used immediately when making purchases.
    Terms Of Use
    Regardless of the checkout price, the savings point have to be above $5 to be used.
    Upon cancellation or refund, savings point will automatically be restored and only the remaining balance will be refunded.
    Ex) item1 ($50) + item2($30) + $5 savings : actual payment is $75
    -> Upon refunding item2 : $5 savings is restored and $25 will be refunded.
    Expiring Conditions
    If a coupon has been used for a purchase and there's been a cancellation or a refund,
    the coupon is considered 'used' and will not be refund.
    Upon unregistering, savings will be dissolved.
    Savings point will dissolve after 3 years if no additional savings are being made from the time of your last accumulated savings.
    Discount Coupon Guide
    Each coupon has a purchase price, so in the case of partial refund that does not fit the purchase price,
    the coupon is applied automatically to the refund product.
    Ex) item1 ($60) + item2($20) + $2 coupon (for purchases above $30) : actual payment is $78
    -> Upon refunding item1 : non-refunded item is under $30 so the coupon automatically will be applied to the refund product, actual refunded money will be $58.

    Picture(product) or less than 100 words : $0.50 Savings
    Up to 2 reviews are accepted for a single order with multiple items.
    Denied Savings Conditions
    1. Product that are more than 30 days old since it's been delivered.
    2. Sale, exchange, event products
    3. Products under $10 of value
    4. 2 Picture reviews with 2 products with different coordination will earn you only one savings point.
    Savings Usage
