The coat is really wonderful.
The coat I ordered was in black and is true to colour.
It features usable pockets (at the front, they aren't sewn up) and is made from a thick material (The website didn't lie). The pockets are higher than I thought which is a nice length because I can reach them easily. They give enough room space.

The fabric is super soft!

I just received mine as of today and I really love it.
It was surprisingly heavier than I expected. If you are traveling with this coat please wear it unless you have a lot of baggage that you can pack it in because of the weight (I will be wearing this to my Japan trip in December).

Shipping was fast to Australia (ordered it on Sunday the 11th of November and it arrived on the 16th.) The staff were kind during the emails as I needed the coat before the 1st of December which they made happen.
The arm length was good and the ability to tie the coat however you wanted was brilliant too (I have a very small waist so I can accommodate and make the coat more shapely if I wish). I'm 172cm and the coat came down to the middle of my shins which is good as it won't get wet from puddles. If you are shorter this coat will be good with heels as it is even giant on me (Finally!)
Always measure yourself if you have a sewing tape measure to make sure the coat isn't too long on you. The details on the cuffs are nice and the lining feels smooth. There was no smell in the package and the coat came with a hanger and a protection casing for hanging. This protects from dust.

Overall this coat is a good investment, even my mum who is normally an Australian size 12-14 in women tops (M-L) could fit the coat however it was a bit long on her for her preference but still fit (only 163cm tall).
The coat seems durable and I believe I will get much use out of this. The coat also allows for layers underneath as it isn't tight but a loose coat.
