This is one of the only skirts I own that fits me perfectly as I'm so skinny. I would give it 5 stars, but it is VERY small as I have like a 23 inch waist and it fits me like a glove. I'd recommend going a size up even if you usually wear a small unless you're abnormally skinny as well. But besides that, the quality is great and it fits nicely as it's high waisted!
