This is the first negative review I've written on Chuu, but I had bought this because of the good reviews and I don't think it lives up to those expectations. First of all the eyeliner doesn't apply smoothly, my eyelid is tugging when applying this eyeliner and it's generally really painful to put on because the product is so rough, chalky and almost plasticy. Just for comparison, I  had a difficult time applying the eyeliner even when I swatched it on my hand .
