I have a 27 waist and 38 hips (inches), and I have been looking for a simple black mini skirt for the longest time. I purchased a size M but I was worried that it might not fit well based on the lack of info in other reviews. Luckily though, it fits perfectly. The material is nice and it can be worn in any season if you layer it properly.
